Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Advise and support our existing customers on our products and services via phone and digital channels.
• Needs Identification: Identify customer needs and develop tailored offers and solutions.
• Sales Opportunities: Recognize cross-selling and upselling potentials and excite our customers about complementary products and services.
• Information Management: Proactively request missing information and documents, ensuring smooth processes.
• CRM Documentation: Document your activities in our CRM system and keep track of your sales opportunities.
• Digitalization Contribution: Actively contribute to the digitalization of the healthcare sector with your work.

Requirements

• Education: A completed commercial education or comparable qualification.
• Experience: Initial experience in inside sales, inside sales service, customer service, or telephone customer support.
• Skills: Enjoy advising customers and finding suitable solutions, strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and a pronounced service orientation. Structured, independent working style and organizational talent. Proficiency in digital applications and ideally experience with CRM systems. Knowledge of the healthcare sector is beneficial but not mandatory – we will train you.
