Junior IT Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Junior IT Manager to support the development and promotion of digital products, including an AI tracker, while assisting with social media growth, product launches, and operational coordination. This is a full-time remote position.

Responsibilities

• Research and generate content ideas for Instagram to grow a personal brand
• Edit and publish content
• Write captions and social media posts
• Fill in and analyze social media metrics spreadsheets
• Oversee the development and promotion of an AI tracker
• Coordinate and monitor the launch of a new product
• Research and identify relevant events, conferences, panels, and speaking opportunities
• Source and communicate with developers, designers, and business analysts
• Create presentations, manage spreadsheets, and plan events
• Track deadlines and provide timely reminders
• Handle operational tasks and resolve unexpected issues

Requirements

• Punctuality and a high level of responsibility
• Full-time availability
• English level B2 or higher
• Ukrainian - Native
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment
• Fast execution and proactive approach to tasks
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to execute and coordinate processes

Working Conditions

• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Lunch break: 1 hour
