About the Position
We are seeking a Junior IT Manager to support the development and promotion of digital products, including an AI tracker, and assist with social media growth and operational coordination.
Responsibilities
- Research and generate content ideas for Instagram to grow a personal brand
- Edit and publish content
- Write captions and social media posts
- Fill in and analyze social media metrics spreadsheets
- Oversee the development and promotion of an AI tracker
- Coordinate and monitor the launch of a new product
- Research and identify relevant events, conferences, panels, and speaking opportunities
- Source and communicate with developers, designers, and business analysts
- Create presentations, manage spreadsheets, and plan events
- Track deadlines and provide timely reminders
- Handle operational tasks and resolve unexpected issues
Requirements
- Punctuality and a high level of responsibility
- Full-time availability
- English level B2 or higher
- Ukrainian - Native
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment
- Fast execution and proactive approach to tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to execute and coordinate processes
Working Conditions
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Lunch break: 1 hour
