Job Description

• Independently handling customer inquiries is not a problem for you
• You are the link between customers and insurance providers
• You support our customers with questions, complaints, and contract changes
• Depending on your career level, experience, and interest, you will also take on additional tasks and special roles such as the further development of the insurance comparison and the management of knowledge resources

Qualifications

• A completed commercial education, ideally in the insurance sector, or relevant professional experience in sales
• Additional qualifications such as LAP, BÖV, etc. are advantageous but not mandatory
• Your high social competence and sense of responsibility are proven daily
• You stand for a structured and results-oriented approach
• Quick comprehension and a strong understanding of processes are also your strengths
• A high degree of ambition and commitment characterize you

For the position of (Junior) Kundenberater Versicherung oder Finanzen (all genders), a minimum salary of € 35,490.00 gross/year at a workload of 40 hours per week is provided (according to the Collective Agreement for Employees in Information and Consulting).

However, we are not impressed by minimum standards. We offer you an attractive fixed salary of € 2,535.00 gross per month, plus a bonus of up to € 1,500.00 gross per month.
