Junior Lead Research Specialist

About the Position

BSG is a Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) designed to streamline how businesses connect with customers across multiple channels. Our flexible, cloud-based solutions integrate communication tools directly into your apps or websites, enabling real-time engagement.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Lead Research Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role is focused entirely on data operations: researching target companies, identifying decision-makers, enriching contact information, and preparing high-quality prospect lists for outbound campaigns.

This is not a traditional SDR role. You will not be responsible for outreach, lead qualification, or booking meetings. Instead, you will become a critical part of our outbound engine by ensuring the team always has accurate and highly targeted data to work with.

Responsibilities

• Research companies based on predefined ICPs and outbound hypotheses.
• Identify relevant buyer personas and decision-makers.
• Find and enrich contact information across multiple channels: email, LinkedIn, and other available sources.
• Build highly targeted prospect segments for outbound campaigns.
• Work with modern lead generation and enrichment tools.
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate closely with the outbound team to improve targeting and campaign performance.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.

• Interest in B2B sales, lead generation, or outbound operations.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Lead Generation, Research, SDR, or Data Operations.
• Familiarity with some of these tools: Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Smartlead, PhantomBuster, Claude.
• Previous experience working in a B2B environment.
