To expand our team, we are looking for a Junior Partnermanager (m/w/d) who will actively shape the further development of our partner network, integrate modern AI tools into operational processes, and drive the future of Internet comparison with us.

Job Description

• Make processes smarter: You will continuously develop our internal offer and partner processes – focusing on customer friendliness, automation, data quality, and scalability
• Use AI & Automation: You will identify repetitive tasks and build AI-supported workflows, agents, or automations that make our daily business faster, easier, and more reliable
• Develop solutions: Using modern tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, or Figma Make, you will implement prototypes, internal applications, and operational solutions
• Integrate partner offers: You will be responsible for the operational integration of new offers on our comparison platform as well as the implementation of portfolio adjustments of our cooperation partners
• Strengthen partnerships: You will build reliable relationships with our cooperation partners, coordinate alignments, and ensure the efficient implementation of joint projects
• Advance cooperations: You will actively participate in the establishment of new partnerships and coordinate requirements between internal departments and external partners
• Optimize technical interfaces: You will accompany the further development of technical connections and work on making data flows and offer logics more robust and automated
• Recognize market potentials: Using internal tools, you will continuously analyze competitive offers, market movements, and price, product, and portfolio changes of our partners and competitors, identify relevant trends, and derive concrete recommendations for action for the further development of our offer and partner management

Qualifications

• Successful degree: You have completed a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a comparable field with very good grades
• AI-First Mindset: You naturally use modern AI applications such as ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, or Cursor to analyze, structure, and implement solutions faster
• Builder mentality: You want to not only develop concepts but also improve processes, build automations, and create operational added value
• Analytical strength: You quickly recognize optimization potentials in processes, data structures, and workflows and derive pragmatic measures from them
• Partnership thinking: Professional communication with internal stakeholders and external cooperation partners as well as the establishment of long-term relationships are enjoyable for you
• Data understanding with practical relevance: A pronounced understanding of numbers, market comparisons, and offer structures helps you derive well-founded recommendations for action
• First practical experience: Ideally, you have already gained experience in partner management, product management, project management, or a comparable environment
• Language proficiency: Negotiable German skills (at least C1) and good English skills round off your profile
