Responsibilities

• Campaigns in Control: You will take over the planning, steering, and controlling of performance marketing measures (mainly SEA campaigns) based on relevant KPIs and will specifically use AI-supported functions for automation and evaluation.
• Responsibility Included: You will be responsible for the planned budget and coordinate the different channels such as Google, Microsoft Bing, etc.
• Eyes on Potential: You will independently identify new online marketing trends and conversion potentials in the competitive and market comparison and create management reports.
• Performance Meets Product: You will connect performance marketing with product management, independently take over features, and develop our digital products data-based from conception to go-live, e.g., in the optimization of our landing pages.
• Ideas with Impact: You will be responsible for the conceptual further development of the tools used and work closely with product management, IT, and the executive board on usability and IT projects.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: You bring initial experience in performance/online marketing (SEA, mainly Google and Microsoft Bing).
• Education: You have a successfully completed university degree in business studies, media, mathematics, or similar.
• Tools: Proficiency in using SEA tools, especially Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, and Google Analytics 4, as well as excellent knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Skills: You possess an excellent understanding of numbers and very good analytical and conceptual skills.
• Interest in AI: You are fascinated by new technologies such as artificial intelligence, prompt engineering, and AI-supported campaign design and have ideally already used some tools yourself.
• Mindset: You are goal-oriented, assertive, show high commitment, and want to be part of a team.
• Language Skills: You are fluent in German and English in speech and writing (at least C1 level).
