Responsibilities

• Customer Journey Improvement: Identify potentials throughout the entire travel booking process, from search and comparison to personalization and booking.
• User Behavior Analysis: Evaluate user behavior, key metrics, and feedback to identify pain points and derive concrete measures for a better customer experience.
• Product Ideas Development: Develop ideas for digital features that help our customers find the right vacation faster, make better decisions, and book their trip more easily.
• Requirements Specification: Translate user problems, data analyses, and business goals into clear requirements, initial designs, and implementable product concepts.
• Feature Implementation: Accompany new features from conception to live deployment, working closely and agilely with IT, Data Science, and management.
• Data-Driven Success Measurement: Test new features iteratively, analyze success post-launch, and derive concrete improvements for product, user guidance, and booking process.
• AI Tools Utilization: Use modern AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Cursor, or Figma Make to develop analyses, user flows, product ideas, and initial concepts more quickly.
• Take Ownership: Take ownership of your own areas, prioritize with the team, and actively contribute to product decisions.

Requirements

• Strong Academic Background: You hold an excellent university degree and are among the top students in your field.
• Analytical Skills: You impress with outstanding analytical abilities and have already demonstrated excellent performance during your academic career.
• Interest in Customer Experience: You are eager to understand user behavior, improve digital processes, and develop concrete product solutions for better travel booking.
• Enthusiasm for AI & Technology: You are fascinated by new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Prompt Engineering, and AI-supported product development.
• Practical Experience: Initial practical experience, especially in tech, start-ups, management consulting, product management, or customer experience, is beneficial and underscores your strong profile.
• Ownership & Learning Curve: You have the ambition to quickly grasp complex topics, try out new things, and take on responsibility early.
• Quality Standards: Your aspiration to deliver above-average results and your meticulous work ethic with a high level of detail set you apart.
• Product Sense: Creativity and a sense for design, user experience, and user-friendly processes are advantageous.
• Communication: You enjoy working in a team, communicate clearly, and constructively bring together different perspectives.
• Language Skills: Fluent German and English skills (at least level C1) complete your profile.
