Responsibilities

• Product Responsibility: You will take on responsibility for your own product features from the start and actively shape their further development.
• AI Innovation: You will develop AI-supported functions and continuously expand your expertise in the use of modern AI technologies.
• Feature Conception: You will translate technical requirements into concepts, user stories, and initial designs, and accompany the implementation together with IT.
• Internationalization: You will further develop our product for new markets (e.g., Austria) and optimize the user experience for the local needs of our users.
• Data Driven: You will iteratively test features, analyze user behavior and KPIs, and derive concrete optimizations for the product and processes.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: You will work agilely with teams from product management, IT, data science, and other stakeholders, and actively contribute your ideas.

Requirements

• Education: Very well completed degree.
• Digital Affinity: Digital products and the use of modern AI excite you.
• Work Approach: Analytical and structured work approach with a high degree of solution orientation and hands-on mentality.
• Communication: Very good communication skills and fluent German and good English language skills.
