In this role, you will help build the new business field of temporary employment together with an existing team.
As a Recruiting Manager, you will take on a central role between existing customers and specialists in the fields of IT, engineering, and construction.

Your Tasks:
- You work in tandem with our sales colleagues and fill projects in the field of temporary employment.
- You analyze the requirements of our customers and identify suitable specialists from the fields of IT, engineering, and construction.
- You write out projects and conduct digital and personal candidate interviews.
- You evaluate qualifications, recognize potential, and make hiring decisions.
- You accompany candidates throughout the entire recruiting process.
- You create offers and support contract negotiations.
- You work closely with customers, employees, and internal contacts.
What You Bring
- A completed degree or equivalent training, preferably with an economic or sales-related focus.
- Ideally, initial professional experience in recruiting, sales, or personnel services.
- Strong communication skills and confident demeanor.
- The ability to listen actively, quickly recognize connections, and act purposefully.
- Structured and organized work approach.
- Self-initiative, dynamism, and performance orientation.
