In this role, you will help build the new business field of temporary employment.

As a Recruiting Manager (m/w/d), you will take on a central role between existing customers and specialists from the IT, engineering, and construction sectors. You inspire people, recognize potential, and want to actively contribute to creating entrepreneurial and personal added value? Then start with SOLCOM and become part of our ambitious team.

Your Tasks:

• You work in a tandem with our sales colleagues and fill projects in the field of temporary employment.
• You analyze the requirements of our customers and identify suitable specialists from the IT, engineering, and construction sectors.
• You write out projects and conduct digital and personal candidate interviews.
• You evaluate qualifications, recognize potential, and make hiring decisions.
• You accompany candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
• You create offers and support contract negotiations.
• You work closely with customers, employees, and internal contacts.

What You Bring

• A completed degree or equivalent training, preferably with an economic or sales-related focus.
• Ideally, initial professional experience in recruiting, sales, or personnel services.
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor.
• The ability to listen actively, quickly recognize connections, and act purposefully.
• Structured and organized work approach.
• Proactiveness, dynamism, and performance orientation.
