Responsibilities

• Learn about the tasks of the finance department in day-to-day business and support the team in processing and implementation.
• Be involved in improving cross-departmental processes, contribute ideas, and take responsibility for various projects independently.
• Participate in meetings, analyze and optimize operational processes, and create reports.

Requirements

• Successfully completed Abitur (university entrance qualification) or Fachabitur (advanced technical college entrance qualification), ideally at a business-oriented high school.
• Good grades in math and German.
• Good IT skills and commercial interests.
• Enthusiasm for the latest technological developments and passion for IT products and technical issues.
• Self-confidence, communication skills, and open-mindedness.

Remuneration

• First year of training: €1,025 plus travel allowance.
