About the Position
We are seeking a Category Management Department Head to lead the development strategy for Category Management in our national supermarket chain.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the vision for the Category Management strategy in the company as a new project.
- Implement and improve all aspects of product management by categories, providing expert support on assortment matrix, pricing, promotion, shelf layout, etc.
- Establish strategic relationships with key trading partners.
- Implement best practices in category management using market data and industry standards.
- Develop the personnel of their department.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Category Management.
- Strong skills in Product Management.
- Expertise in Strategic Planning.
