We are seeking a Category Management Department Head to lead and develop our category management strategy, focusing on product management and market analysis.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the vision for the category management strategy in the company as a new project.
- Implement and improve all aspects of product management by category, providing expert support on assortment matrix, pricing, promotion, shelf layout, etc.
- Establish strategic relationships with key trading partners.
- Implement best practices in category management using market data and industry standards.
- Develop the staff of their department.
