About the Position
We are seeking a Quality Engineering Leader to ensure production quality and customer satisfaction for our automotive products.

This position is for a Western production company active in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality of production, processes, and product for maximum customer satisfaction.
- This role will report to the Quality Manager.
- Represent the customer in the production, coordinate production systems, processes, and product audits to ensure compliance with customer quality requirements.
- The candidate is expected to assess customer satisfaction, analyze and handle warranty returns, and initiate quality improvement plans.
- Introduce effective quality tools and methods, implement quality improvement action plans.
- Quality Engineering Leader will manage a team of Quality Engineers.
