Responsibilities

• Ensure maximum network efficiency: Increase conversion rates for buybacks, customer satisfaction, and the volume of devices accepted, while minimizing errors related to quantity and value.
• Manage the Trade-In Operator (TIO) network: Collaborate with partners, organize and manage the network of TIOs at partner stores.
• Analyze partner performance: Develop action plans to improve efficiency and encourage repeat purchases, and monitor the implementation of these plans.
• Maintain ongoing communication with partners: Increase the volume of devices accepted and improve the network’s performance.
• Forecast network metrics: For volume and quality, and participate in planning device acceptance.
• Serve as Breezy’s primary point of contact for partners: Organize meetings and coordinate interactions between IT, finance, accounting, marketing, and other departments to effectively resolve issues and drive volume growth.
• Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with partners.
• Sales Promotion and Marketing Support: Initiate and oversee marketing campaigns, incentive programs, and motivational projects aimed at increasing the volume of equipment accepted.
• Organize and coordinate financial settlements with partners.
• Training and Process Improvement: Ensure a high level of knowledge and expertise among TI employees regarding trade-in processes by organizing and conducting training programs for employees of partner companies.

Requirements

• Similar experience or experience in developing services and add-on products over the past few years-for example, insurance products, gadget customization packages, antivirus solutions, etc.
• Experience working in retail chains, as part of a retailer’s team, or at a service provider.
• Proven, successful personal experience in selling consumer electronics and/or services (insurance, add-on services) in a role such as sales consultant, store manager, regional manager, or supervisor is required.
