Key Account Manager (m/w/d) Vertrieb in Essen

Responsibilities

Sales: You will be responsible for taking calls every day, speaking with companies, arranging meetings, and winning customers. Building relationships is at the core of this role.

Requirements

Experience: Ideally, you have experience in B2B sales, possibly in personnel services, SaaS, or similar fields.
Skills: High commitment, high self-motivation, willingness to learn, discipline, and a passion for sales.
Mindset: You stay persistent, aim to win, are not afraid of the phone, can handle rejection, and are here to build a career, not just pass time.
