Key Account Manager

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team in Warsaw, responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire process of client care and upselling to our business clients in support of the Customer Service Team.
• Daily challenge will be selling the full portfolio of Benefit Systems services: MultiSport Cards, MyBenefit Cafeteria, and MultiLife Program.
• You will be equipped with the necessary knowledge about the ways the Key Account Manager team cooperates with potential Benefit Systems clients.
• You will receive the necessary equipment for effective work.
• Our team is full of top athletes who will always provide you with support.

Requirements

• Ability to build and develop business relationships with clients?
• Excellent skills in advisory sales to large clients?
• Strong negotiation and communication skills?
• Comfortable using English during client communication?
• Experience working with CRM?
• Guided by the win-win principle in life and work?
• Possess a category B driver's license?

For what purpose and on what legal basis do we process your personal data?

• Future recruitments for positions at Benefit Systems matching your qualifications based on your consent (legal basis – Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you have participated or will participate in several recruitments and you give your consent for us to use the collected data also for the purposes of future recruitments, then – conducting such future recruitment, we may use all the data collected about you – unless the period of data processing based on the expressed consent has expired. Your data will be processed for this purpose for 24 months from the date of consent.
• If your application is selected for a specific recruitment that will result in employment under an employment contract based on your consent (legal basis – Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
