We are seeking a Contract Logistics Manager to lead our team in managing logistics contracts and optimizing supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

Active search and acquisition of companies specializing in completion processes within the logistics center.
Management of cooperation with external companies implementing completion processes.
Monitoring and control of KPIs in terms of quality, cost efficiency, and process efficiency.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with business partners.
Managing the team's work and actively supporting its development.
Participation in projects, ongoing cooperation with other managers and the Director of the Logistics Center.

Experience in a similar position in the logistics or related industry (experience in contract logistics is welcome).
Ability to search, establish cooperation, and negotiate contracts with business partners.
Practical knowledge of completion processes and the functioning of logistics centers.
Experience in managing and leading a large operational team in a highly dynamic environment.
Ability to implement new solutions and optimize processes.
Analytical skills – proficient knowledge of Excel (knowledge of SAP, Qguar is welcome).
Effectiveness in achieving goals and tasks supported by results.
High commitment, responsibility, and focus on the high quality of services provided.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Task-based work with coordination of processes during morning, afternoon, and night hours.
Knowledge of English at least at the B2 level.
