About the Position

We are seeking a Kierowniczka/Kierownik Wsparcia Procesów Logistycz. to oversee and optimize warehouse operations in our logistics center in Łódź, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of approximately 30 operational and administrative staff, including Warehouse Managers, Forklift Operators, and Logistics Support Specialists. Ensuring their motivation, development, and effective performance.
• Coordinating key operational processes – returns, inventories, disposals, and the proper flow of warehouse documentation. Your tasks will include organization, optimization, and ongoing supervision.
• Monitoring results – regularly analyzing efficiency indicators (KPIs) and taking corrective actions where necessary.
• Interdepartmental cooperation – working closely with other managers and the Director of the Logistics Center, as well as ensuring cooperation with external companies.
• Reporting and analysis of operational data – drawing conclusions, creating reports, and making recommendations.
• Overseeing safety – ensuring compliance with OHS regulations, fire protection, and quality standards in the company.

Requirements

• Experience in team management with the ability to motivate, engage employees, and build a positive working atmosphere.
• Practical experience in managing warehouse operations.
• Higher education, preferably in logistics or economics.
• Knowledge of warehouse work specifics – understanding warehouse management and being able to operate WMS systems.
• Ability to handle time pressure and a dynamic environment – making sound decisions in fast-paced situations.
• Acting in accordance with the company's mission and values, translating them into daily actions and decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• English language skills at a communicative level (minimum B2).
