About the Position

We are seeking a Production Kitchen Manager to oversee operations in Szymanów, Warszawa, and Otwock, ensuring efficient production and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

Manage the production kitchen area
Supervise the execution of the production plan according to the applicable recipes
Plan tasks, divide work, and ensure adequate staffing for production
Coordinate and monitor the work of machine operators and other production workers
Control working hours and employee attendance
Supervise the proper execution of product preparation and manufacturing processes
Monitor product quality and compliance of processes with applicable standards
Immediately respond to irregularities and operational issues
Ensure the execution of the plan, production efficiency, and proper use of available resources
Minimize production losses, raw material waste, and unjustified costs
Ensure adherence to HACCP standards
Monitor and enforce occupational health and safety (BHP) principles in the production kitchen
Motivate, evaluate, and provide feedback to employees
Train and integrate newly hired employees
Collaborate with production planning, warehouse, quality, maintenance, and other production areas

Requirements

Minimum annual experience in managing a team in a production environment
Experience in task planning, work organization, and monitoring the execution of the production plan
Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and enforce agreements
Ability to quickly respond to operational problems and make decisions
Knowledge of HACCP principles and occupational safety standards applicable in a production facility
Good organization, responsibility, and independence
Accuracy, diligence, and consistency in action
Willingness to work in shifts and directly in the production area
Ability to collaborate with other departments

Nice to Have

Experience in a food production facility or FMCG industry
Experience in managing machine operators and production workers
Experience in an environment characterized by high variability of plans and number of produced items
