About the Position

HRK Engineering & Manufacturing represents an international manufacturing company, for which we are seeking a Technical Manager to reorganize the technical department and introduce modern maintenance management methods.

Position Objective:

The key task of the person employed in this position will be to carry out the reorganization of the technical department, develop team competencies, and implement modern maintenance management standards. The organization is looking for a leader who will streamline technical processes, increase team efficiency, and implement TPM tools to support machine reliability and availability.

Salary:
From 17,000 PLN to 21,000 PLN gross

Responsibilities

• Management and development of the technical team and building a culture of continuous improvement.
• Responsibility for maintenance, technical infrastructure, media, and technical workshop areas.
• Development and implementation of a technical department reorganization plan.
• Implementation of TPM, Lean Manufacturing standards, and activities increasing operational efficiency.
• Management of investment, modernization, and optimization projects.
• Creation of budgets and technical development strategies for the organization.
• Ensuring high availability of machines, equipment, and technical infrastructure.
• Supervision of technical safety, compliance with regulations, and effective use of media.
• Cooperation with suppliers, service companies, and external partners.

Requirements

• Higher technical education.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial, director position in a production environment in the technical or maintenance field.
• Experience in managing organizational change and developing technical teams.
• Practical knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or similar process improvement methods.
• Experience in leading investment projects and budget management.
• Ability to build work standards and effectively manage technical processes.
• Fluency in English.
• SEP qualifications are an advantage.
