We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team and help create an excellent customer experience-from the first contact to successful problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for our customers-advising them by phone, email, or live chat, helping them find the best financial solution;
• Analyze customer needs and ensure they receive clear, professional, and useful information;
• Work like a financial detective-clarifying situations, solving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience;
• Handle documents and administer contracts to keep everything clear and precise;
• Contribute to sales goals by demonstrating that good financial solutions can be both beneficial and simple!

Requirements

• Experience in customer service and a passion for communicating with clients. If you lack experience but have a lot of desire and curiosity, we will certainly teach you everything!
• Excellent Lithuanian language skills (written and spoken);
• Ability to quickly solve problems and make decisions;
• Customer-oriented and positive attitude;
• Experience in the finance sector is a plus;
• English language knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
