Location: Warszawa, Poland

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our team in Warsaw. The role involves preparing financial and managerial reports, participating in budgeting and forecasting processes, and analyzing financial results.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial and managerial reports and consolidate data for Group reporting.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring the implementation of financial plans.
• Analyze financial results, identify deviations, and prepare recommendations to support business decisions.
• Develop analyses, reports, and information materials for the Management Board and management.
• Collaborate with the accounting department in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with external auditors and support audit processes.
• Develop, update, and implement financial, reporting, and financial procedure tools.
• Participate in projects related to the optimization of financial processes and reporting.

Requirements

• Higher education, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in controlling, finance, management reporting, or financial auditing.
• Experience in preparing monthly and quarterly financial and managerial reports.
• Practical knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and budget execution analysis processes.
• Ability to analyze financial data, identify deviations, and formulate conclusions and recommendations for the Management Board and management.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel – comfortable with pivot tables, functions, formulas, and working with large datasets.
• Ability to collaborate with various areas of the organization and to acquire and verify financial and operational data.
• Willingness to undertake financial and business projects, including projects related to process optimization, reporting, and the development of controlling tools.
• Ability to independently manage topics – from data collection and analysis to preparing materials and presenting conclusions.
• Good work organization, meticulousness, and punctuality, especially during month-end and quarter-end closures.
• Ability to work under time pressure and efficiently in situations requiring coordination of multiple topics simultaneously.
• English language skills at a level sufficient for communication and working with financial and business documentation.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a listed company, group, or organization with complex reporting processes.
• Knowledge of public company reporting principles and basic requirements related to corporate reporting.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and/or Business Intelligence tools.
• Experience in automating reporting and streamlining financial processes.
• Experience in leading or collaborating on cross-functional projects involving various areas of the organization.

Purpose, Legal Basis, and Duration of Personal Data Processing:

Providing personal data specified in the Labor Code or other legal provisions (if indicated in the announcement) is mandatory to participate in the recruitment.
