About the Position

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Controller for food production in Szymanów (pow. piaseczyński) and Warszawa, mazowieckie, Poland. The role involves ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Control the quality of raw materials, production process, and finished products
• Verify the compliance of products and processes with food quality and safety standards
• Monitor adherence to quality standards in production
• Supervise storage and transportation conditions of raw materials and products
• Maintain and update quality documentation
• Identify, report, and explain any discrepancies found
• Participate in planning and implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Support the team during audits
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and other departments to ensure quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education - education related to food technology, nutrition, gastronomy is welcome
• Accuracy, responsibility, and good work organization
• Willingness to work directly in the production area
• Willingness to work in a 12-hour shift system, from 7:00 to 19:00 and from 19:00 to 7:00
• Current medical certificate for sanitary and epidemiological purposes or willingness to obtain one. The employer covers the cost of the examination.
