About the Position

Koordynator Logistyczny Szczecin

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator for our Szczecin team to manage warehouse operations, coordinate fleet, and ensure smooth logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Nocturn Operations Supervision: Overseeing night operations and warehouse presence, including the control of evening transport arrivals, efficient unloading, quantity and quality checks, and supervision of distribution start. This requires on-site presence at the warehouse during the critical loading window from approximately 22:00–01:00.
• Courier Team Coordination and Building: Efficient team management, recruitment, training, and implementation processes for new drivers (tasks can be performed flexibly throughout the day).
• Emergency Readiness and Route Support: Being on call during deliveries (until approximately 7:00 AM) and immediately organizing replacements and assistance in crisis situations on the route.
• Morning Reporting and Quality Control: Supervising the effectiveness of deliveries, reporting inventory discrepancies to the Office, and morning reporting on the status of delivery completion from individual routes (performed jointly with the branch leader around 7:00 AM).
• Fleet and Service Management: Monitoring the technical condition and cleanliness of the fleet, reporting defects, sending cars to service/workshops, and maintaining vehicle usage records (requiring time management throughout the day).

Requirements

• Flexibility to handle a 24-hour operational cycle.
• Willingness to be present on-site, initially requiring daily presence for several hours during loading, with a target to transition to a model of 3–4 days on-site per week after implementing a trusted leader.
• Experience in team management, especially with couriers and drivers.
• Excellent knowledge of the topography of the area.
• Ability to efficiently organize processes, enforce standards, and maintain operational discipline.
• Capability to make quick decisions "here and now".
• Meticulousness in vehicle, documentation, and inventory discrepancy control and reporting.
