About the Company
Since 2008, we have been actively operating in the accounting and technology industry. We have created an original application for accounting and continuously develop it. Our goal is to serve entrepreneurs and accountants as best as possible, facilitating their business and accounting activities.
We also run a National Accounting Office, providing entrepreneurs with professional accounting services and supporting them in starting businesses.
We cooperate with the best accountants from all over Poland, constantly supporting them in their daily work. We operate 100% remotely because we know that thanks to modern online services, distance no longer matters. Together, we create an engaged community of entrepreneurs, accountants, and experts to actively support the development of Polish business.
Responsibilities
- Independently managing simplified accounting for individual economic activities in accordance with applicable regulations
- Individual and comprehensive customer service
- Subject matter control of documents and the correctness of accounting entries
- Preparation of tax declarations
- Preparation of payroll lists and ZUS declarations
- Creating reports and analyses for clients
- Proactive email and telephone contact with clients
- Contact with authorities
Requirements
- You have or plan to start your own business
- You have a minimum of:
- Junior Accountant: 6 months of experience in simplified accounting for companies from various industries
- Accountant: 2 years of experience in simplified accounting for companies from various industries
- You are a competent and responsible person
- You enjoy talking to people and explaining tax complexities
- You value long-term cooperation with your clients
- You approach each client individually
- You can manage your time
- You have your own phone, computer, and internet access
