Responsibilities

• You competently and service-orientedly support our customers with questions, problems, and complaints regarding their hotel bookings – by phone and email
• You carefully check customer concerns, evaluate situations independently, and find customer-oriented and economical solutions
• You reliably process customer inquiries until successful completion and work closely with our national and international hotel partners
• Even in challenging situations, you maintain an overview, communicate empathetically, and ensure transparent and professional customer support
• Together with your team, you ensure a high processing quality and actively participate in our internal quality assurance
• You contribute your ideas for optimizing our processes and work closely with our subject matter experts

Requirements

• A successfully completed vocational training in the commercial or tourism sector
• Professional experience in (telephone) customer support, office management, or in the hotel or tourism industry – for example, in reservation management
• You quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, think along, and convince with a quick comprehension
• In contact with our customers, you present yourself in a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented manner. Even in challenging situations, you maintain an overview and act sovereignly
• You are a team player (m/w/d), actively contribute, and enjoy achieving successes together
• You have command of German and secure English language skills in speech and writing
• You are familiar with the safe use of common PC and internet applications
• You have the flexibility to work in a shift system between 7:00 and 23:00 (early, middle, and late shifts) and also on weekends and public holidays as part of a 5-day week
