Responsibilities

As a Kundendiensttechniker MES/ERP (Customer Engineer), your role will be to provide competent support to our customers in the maintenance of our products Lantek Integra and Lantek MES Manager. You will diagnose and resolve software issues and assist with the installation of applications and programs.

• Provide first-level support and technical assistance to users of Lantek software, particularly Lantek Integra and related modules.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve software issues in the customer environment.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and updates of systems.
• Conduct training sessions and provide user support for efficient software utilization.
• Document support cases and collaborate closely with development/product management to improve products.
• Communicate with customers to understand technical requirements and provide solutions.

Requirements

• Completed technical training or degree, ideally in engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in technical support of software solutions or customer application support.
• Good knowledge of Windows environments, databases (e.g., SQL), and ideally ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Lantek systems is advantageous.
