Responsibilities

• Review and verify corporate documentation (e.g. incorporation docs, UBOs, corporate structure).
• Collaboration and coordination: work closely with other departments (e.g., commercial, legal, support, financial) to ensure a cohesive approach to Compliance.
• Conduct thorough KYB reviews of new and existing customers in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies, prepare internal customer assessments and reports.
• Communicate with the client to clarify or collect missing information.
• Perform CDD/EDD processes, use KYC provider and internal tools for screening and due diligence (e.g., sanctions, PEPs, adverse media).
• Stay current with changes in AML/CFT regulations and ensure timely updates to internal policies and procedures.
• Carry out tasks assigned by the Lead.

Requirements

Key skills:

• Ukrainian С2 level;
• English B2-C1 level;
• 1 - 2 years of experience in KYB, KYC or Compliance roles, preferably in crypto, fintech or banking sectors;
• Strong analytical and organisational skills;
• Familiarity with corporate structures and legal documentation;
• Basic understanding of applicable AML/CFT regulatory frameworks and industry practices across relevant jurisdictions;
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously;
• Proficiency with Jira, Google Docks, Confluence, Slack;
• Ability to identify and assess risks;
• Apply a highly analytical mindset to assess KYB documentation and ensure accuracy;
• Attention to detail, meticulousness, and a non-standard approach to problem-solving;
• Proven ability to conduct thorough background checks and gather data on corporate entities using various official registries, OSINT tools, and public records will be a distinct advantage.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (obtained or in process of obtaining - final year).
