About the Role and Mission:

You will be part of our Legal - Strategic Disputes team and will act as the ultimate technical reference on the company's most complex, sensitive, and valuable topics, from strategic litigation (ACPs, class actions, criminal interface, corporate and real estate credit) to advisory for business areas, defining theses, standardizing understandings, and protecting the business in cases of major impact.

In your daily tasks, you will:

• Define theses and strategies for the most sensitive and high-value/impact cases;
• Act as a technical reference in high-complexity litigations (ACPs, class actions, criminal interface, corporate and real estate credit);
• Standardize theses, precedents, and best practices, ensuring decision consistency;
• Anticipate systemic risks and mass litigation trends, proposing preventive strategies;
• Structure and review the most complex advisory and real estate credit contract solutions;
• Provide technical guidance to business areas and outsourced offices;
• Issue high-complexity opinions and technical notes and act as a technical mentor for the team.

What We Are Looking For

Required:

• Law degree with active OAB;
• Broad and proven experience in strategic litigation and high-complexity legal advisory;
• Mastery of technical knowledge in civil, civil procedural, and consumer law, with depth in at least one critical specialty (real estate credit, class actions/ACPs, or criminal interface);
• Track record of defining theses and conducting high-impact cases;
• Excellent written and oral communication, with the ability to draft opinions and executive presentations.

Desirable:

• Experience in the financial/banking sector;
• Postgraduate studies, LL.M. or master's degree in a related field;
• Intermediate to advanced English;
• Experience with strategic litigation.
