What You Will Do

As a Lead Consultant, you will shape complex Atlassian Cloud Transformations and be responsible for cloud architectures that truly deliver for demanding clients. You will take on the overall technical responsibility for complex projects-from target architecture to successful implementation. In close collaboration with project managers, you will steer the content direction of projects, make key architectural decisions, and ensure that our clients succeed with scalable, secure, and future-proof cloud solutions.

Your Mission

You will take on the overall technical responsibility for complex Atlassian Cloud Transformation projects and be the central figure for architectural decisions.
You will analyze existing Atlassian and tool landscapes as well as adjacent systems to design viable cloud target architectures.
You will develop cloud architectures including integrations, security, and permission concepts, considering operational models.
You will actively shape migration and transformation strategies for demanding customer scenarios and be responsible for their technical implementation.
You will provide technical leadership to consultants, set content direction, and ensure that architectural decisions are consistently implemented and standards are maintained.
You will coordinate closely with project managers on planning, risks, and customer communication.
You will technically guide external partners and offshore teams, ensuring adherence to agreed architectural principles.
You will actively contribute to the further development of our Atlassian Cloud architecture and solution concepts to continuously strengthen our expertise.

Your Profile

You have several years of experience (6+ years) in the design and implementation of complex Atlassian solutions.
A deep understanding of Atlassian Cloud and cloud architectures is part of your profile.
You have planned and successfully implemented cloud migrations in complex environments.
You routinely apply knowledge of integration scenarios, security, and permission concepts, as well as operational models.
You have experience in the technical leadership of consultants or architects.
You can explain complex technical relationships clearly and advocate decisions confidently.
High quality standards, structured, and solution-oriented work approach characterize you.
Your very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2) enable you to work with international teams.
