About the Position

Golem Agency, a team of designers and developers specializing in working with small and medium businesses, is looking for a Lead Generation Manager. Your main task will be to attract new clients and increase the number of projects, as well as implement and support the best lead generation practices that will contribute to the company's growth.

Responsibilities

Establishing contact with potential clients and leads through email and LinkedIn.
Searching for new opportunities on the Upwork platform.
Entering statistical data and work results into spreadsheets and electronic databases.
Generating leads through outbound communication channels.
Executing the lead generation plan.

Requirements

Attracting potential clients and decision-makers and searching for their contact information.
Experience with LinkedIn and automation tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Expandi).
Ability to compose effective email chains for cold emails (with a high conversion rate).
Proficiency in using the Upwork platform: searching for projects and writing compelling cover letters.
Mastery of outbound lead generation techniques and tools.

Skills

High proficiency in English (Advanced/C1).
Ability to clearly and competently express thoughts verbally and in writing.
Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and make decisions.
Ability to quickly learn, master new programs, and gain knowledge about our services and business clients.
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and effectively in a team.
Developed organizational skills and negotiation skills.

Nice to Have

An active LinkedIn profile.
Basic skills in designing documents and presentations (aesthetic sense is mandatory).
Presentation experience (pitching).
A sense of humor.
