About the Position
Lead Generation Manager

Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads through various platforms, including LinkedIn, Upwork, industry directories, and online databases.
- Manage cold emails / LinkedIn campaigns through automation tools.
- Writing custom cover letters and outreach messages that effectively communicate our value proposition to each Upwork job post.
- Collect potential prospects and their contact information by using lead-generation tools.
- Establishing the initial contact with potential clients.
- Work with the Marketing and Sales team to develop new strategies and approaches.
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of different lead generation channels and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and sales.
Requirements
- Experience working 1+ years in IT as a Lead Generation Specialist.
- Experience working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, AngelList, Crunchbase, TechCrunch, Xsing, Xray, etc.
- Maintain database (HubSpot), work with tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedHelper, Reply.io, Lemlist, Phantombuster, Email campaign, etc.).
- Work with Google documents/sheets/presentations.
- Strong understanding of various lead generation techniques, including inbound and outbound strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize lead generation performance.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successfully generating high-quality leads.
- Excellent custom cover letter writing skills, with the ability to tailor messages to individual Upwork job posts and client needs.
- Level of English: Upper-Intermediate (at least) or Advanced.
