About the Position

We are looking for an exceptionally imaginative Lead Motion Designer to become part of our worldwide Creative and Marketing team.

In this position, you will center your work on premium visual storytelling, contemporary video production, and turning intricate tech ideas into captivating motion experiences. You should excel in a dynamic setting, using generative AI thoughtfully, partnering across diverse teams, upholding strong project structure, and producing top-tier creative work within pressing timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Convert intricate B2B and technical ideas into approachable, emotionally resonant visual stories through effective narrative, design reasoning, and motion craft
  • Deliver top-tier motion graphics within demanding timelines while flexibly responding to shifting creative direction and stakeholder input
  • Operate fluidly across Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud to assess storyboards, shape key visuals, bring static designs to life through motion, and partner closely with designers, marketers, and creative leads
  • Construct meticulously organized After Effects projects that can be easily inherited, updated, expanded, and transferred across international creative teams
  • Incorporate generative AI throughout ideation, concept development, asset production, and workflow execution while preserving confidential information, brand consistency, and intellectual property rights
  • Produce compelling motion content optimized for today's social platforms, balancing technical requirements, viewer habits, and emerging creative movements

Requirements

  • No less than 5 years of hands-on professional background in motion design or a comparable creative discipline
  • Minimum of 1 year in a people management or team leadership capacity, guiding a team of 5 or more full-time employees
  • Demonstrated track record in crafting motion graphics for editorial pieces, branded content, social media, or corporate storytelling
  • Deep mastery of animation fundamentals such as timing, easing, pacing, rhythm, visual weight, and cinematic transitions
  • Solid design grounding with a firm grasp of composition, typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, and storytelling essentials
  • High-level project organization abilities, including the capacity to develop scalable, well-structured projects with tidy assets, reusable templates, clear composition hierarchy, manageable expressions, and precise layer naming
  • Confident AI fluency paired with strong creative judgment, using generative AI to speed up creative production while remaining mindful of its limitations, copyright rules, and brand alignment
  • Persistent curiosity toward changing visual styles, social platforms, filmmaking approaches, and emerging creative technologies
  • Advanced command of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop, together with collaborative workflows in Figma
  • Strong English communication skills at B2 level or higher, in both writing and speaking

We Offer

  • Opportunity to work remotely from Colombia
  • Be part of a global Creative and Marketing team
