Distribusion Technologies is the world’s leading ground transportation marketplace, providing seamless access to ground transportation online. We connect bus, rail, and ferry operators in over 70 countries with major online retailers like Google Maps and Booking.com. We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to join our Demand Product team in shaping the future of travel and building the largest global network of transport providers and retailers.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain short and mid-term product roadmaps, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and the organization.
• Take full ownership of strategic projects end-to-end, from defining business needs and developing user stories through to UAT.
• Work closely with Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to run an adaptive Scrum process.
• Monitor key metrics such as usage, adoption, and quality SLAs, proposing continuous improvements.
• Prepare detailed use cases and collaborate with teams to align on technical solutions and achieve critical objectives on time.
• Write clear user documentation that improves system usability for internal and external users.

Requirements

• Background in the role of a Senior or Lead Product Manager in high-load systems and/or complex B2B product management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Cybernetics, Engineering, etc. or equivalent experience.
• User-Driven Mindset: Ability to translate metrics, user behavior, and needs into business values and detailed product requirements.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excel in negotiations with internal and external stakeholders, critically evaluating inputs, and collaborating with the Engineering team.
• Solution-Focused and Improvement-Driven: Actively seek ways to enhance team processes, product features, and overall product quality.
• Agile Proficiency: Well-versed in Scrum, adept at managing iterative development, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to changing requirements.
