Senior Technical Product Manager, Rail Integrations

We are seeking a (Senior) Technical Product Manager, Rail Integrations to join our Supply domain, specifically in the Integrations team. This team is responsible for onboarding carriers onto our system, integrating external systems, harmonizing data structures, and building revenue-increasing products for carriers. Innovation and automation are key to scaling our business.

Responsibilities

• Extend functionalities to enable new opportunities
• Automate and innovate our existing inventory (our API product is already used by big players)
• Own scoping and management of onboarding new carriers; establish wider scope throughout Asia
• Take a lead role in defining and challenging strategic decisions
• Contribute to the team with process improvements (e.g. Jira, reporting, etc.)
• Build relationships with key stakeholders (internal/external – C-level)

Requirements

• Must have:

  • Experience working with PICO API, OSDM, or other European rail carriers and transportation industry standards
  • 4+ years of professional experience in Product Management
  • Hands-on experience with the technical side of the product (API / Data products)
  • Strong stakeholder experience with the ability to influence without direct authority (including C-level executives)
  • Good at context switching whilst showing proactivity and ownership across your responsibilities
  • Experience working with complex products (advantage)
  • Good management skills (product, process, project, people management)
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams
  • Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related studies
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written

  • Ready to lead (experience a plus): you may have already managed a small team of technical PMs or analysts. If not, you're excited to start. You know how to coach, unblock, and grow people while staying close to the work.
