About the Position
We are delivering cloud-ready Python platforms and are seeking a Lead Python Developer to steer technical direction and execution. You will coordinate backend work, align ReactJS and API integration, and ensure reliable AWS deployments with strong security practices-apply now.
Responsibilities
- Architect scalable backend services and core system components
- Coordinate with team members to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Conduct code reviews and coach the team on coding standards
- Improve system performance and resolve technical problems quickly
- Manage integrations with third-party APIs and external services
- Maintain clear technical documentation for existing and new features
- Promote best practices throughout the software development lifecycle
- Drive continuous improvement of processes and team technical skills
Requirements
- Substantial software development experience of at least 5 years in relevant roles
- Team leadership exposure of 1 year managing and guiding development teams
- Advanced proficiency in Python to build and maintain production applications
- Experience with ReactJS for UI development and backend integration
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to deploy and manage cloud applications
- Strong knowledge of database design, maintenance, and optimization techniques
- Competence with Git to support version control and collaborative delivery
- Practical experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask
- Understanding of Python web server configuration and deployment processes
- Knowledge of software engineering security best practices
- Experience implementing authentication and authorization for users
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
- Excellent English communication skills (B2+ Upper-Intermediate or higher), spoken and written
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI development or architecture, such as implementing machine learning models, embedding AI-driven features, or building scalable AI infrastructure
