About the Position

Embrox Solutions, an IT company that develops a wide range of unique software products, is looking for a Lead Research Specialist in Lviv, Ukraine. Our team combines modern advanced programming techniques with scientific approaches, ensuring our solutions are stable, rapid, and flexible. We provide full-cycle software development, support, consulting, and business analytics.

Responsibilities

Research potential clients across various industries and markets.
Identify companies that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Find and verify decision-makers and their contact information.
Build high-quality lead databases for the Business Development team.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate information.
Work closely with Business Development Managers and Marketing to support outbound campaigns.
Prepare research reports and prospect lists based on specific targeting criteria.
Continuously explore new lead generation tools, databases, and research techniques.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in Lead Generation, Market Research, Business Development, or a similar role.
Experience working with B2B companies/Startups, preferably in the IT outsourcing or software development industry.
Strong understanding of lead generation and prospect research methodologies.
Some experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, Apollo.io, Crunchbase, Upwork, and other lead research platforms.
Ability to identify target companies and key decision-makers (CTO, VP of Engineering, Product Manager, Founder, CEO, etc.).
Strong analytical and research skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written English (Upper-Intermediate/B2 or higher).
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple research requests simultaneously.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Nice to Have

Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), hardware and mechanical engineering basics, and IT services.
