Job description

About the Position

We are looking for a Paid Media & Performance Marketing Specialist to help manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple brands and client accounts.

This role is focused on generating measurable business outcomes through paid media.

We are not looking for someone who simply launches ads. We are looking for someone who understands how to build and optimize complete acquisition funnels that generate leads, customers, and revenue. The successful candidate will work across both B2B and B2C campaigns, helping businesses acquire customers efficiently through data-driven advertising strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, awareness, app installs, e-commerce, and events.
  • Recommending platforms, budgets, audience targeting, creative strategies, and campaign structures.
  • Building, launching, and optimizing campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and TikTok Ads (setup, budgeting, bidding, and optimization).
  • Collaborating with content/design teams to develop ad concepts, testing plans, creative angles, and winning messages.
  • Understanding that creative is the primary driver of paid media performance.
  • Reviewing and improving landing pages, lead forms, conversion journeys, and email follow-ups to increase profitability and conversion rates.
  • Configuring and managing Meta Pixel, GTM, GA4, Conversion APIs, UTM tracking, and CRM integrations for accurate reporting.
  • Monitoring and improving performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CAC) and providing data-driven, actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Meta: Expert in lead generation, conversion, app, retargeting, lookalike campaigns, and creative testing.
  • Google: Experience managing Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Proficient with GA4, GTM, Meta Events Manager, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling. Must troubleshoot tracking issues independently.
  • Analyzing campaign, funnel, audience behavior, and conversion trends to make data-driven decisions.
  • Understanding user behavior, form optimization, and lead generation funnels to maximize conversion rates.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Looker Studio, Zapier, Make, AppsFlyer, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Focusing on revenue, profitability, customer acquisition economics, and lifetime value-measuring success by business outcomes.
  • Diagnosing and solving poor lead quality, rising acquisition costs, tracking issues, and funnel bottlenecks.
  • Continuously identifying new testing, creative, audience, and funnel optimization opportunities.
  • Explaining complex campaign performance clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • 2+ years experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Experience managing Meta Ads budgets.
  • Experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven performance case studies.
  • Strong analytical ability.
