About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Business Analyst interested in challenges. The role includes lots of technical investigation, customer-facing, and BA activities. We will develop a new front-end application in the healthcare domain that will replace the existing legacy application. Requirements gathering will be a challenging process, as we will need to create them based on test cases, interviews with EPAM QAs, by clicking the current UI and interviewing Knowledge Owners if we find one. We are looking for specialists who are great in both technical and communication areas. Stress resilience is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Discover and document the functions of the existing system and business processes
  • Drive features throughout the life cycle
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the processes inside the Team
  • Communicate with the business and technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with UX Designers for UI modeling/wireframing
  • Develop product & requirements documentation, guides, and release notes
  • Play the role of Subject Matter Expert for specific modules of the Product
  • Maintain quality, accuracy, completeness, and usability of the captured requirements
  • Contribute to Team's Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD)
  • Drive acceptance testing of implemented backlog items

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis with a mature and self-driven approach to problem solving
  • Skills in critical thinking and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Capability to generate solutions and communicate requirements to UX/UI designers to achieve desired business goals
  • Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and diagramming
  • Readiness to actively contribute to Team's Business Analysis processes and standards
  • Background in web application design with a tech-savvy mindset
  • Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2+)
  • Hands-on experience with one or more Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Understanding of system integration concepts
  • Capability to dig into data to validate assumptions, even without solid tech skills yet
  • Strong stress resilience
