Legal Counsel

About the Position

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to provide legal support for our company across multiple European jurisdictions, focusing on corporate law, intellectual property, e-commerce, GDPR, and litigation.

Mticket is a Ukrainian product IT company and one of the leaders in the field of ticket service automation and e-commerce solutions for major events. We create and develop technological solutions for event management and ticket sales, operating in Ukraine and actively developing in international markets.

Responsibilities

• Legal support for companies in various jurisdictions;
• Preparation and verification of contracts, corporate, and other legal documents;
• Support of registration, corporate, and reorganization procedures;
• Protection and registration of intellectual property rights, trademarks, and copyrights;
• Litigation and support of court and pre-trial disputes;
• Interaction with local legal consultants and lawyers;
• Legal support for e-commerce: public offers, user agreements, policies, GDPR, and consumer rights protection;
• Monitoring of legislative changes and advising the business on legal issues.

Requirements

• Higher legal education;
• 3–5+ years of experience in corporate law, intellectual property, and/or e-commerce;
• Experience in providing legal support to businesses in several European jurisdictions;
• Knowledge of EU legislation in the field of e-commerce, intellectual property, and GDPR;
• Litigation experience;
• Fluent English – spoken and written;
• Independence, systematic approach, and attention to detail.
