About the Position

We are seeking a Head of Licensing and Regulatory to join our team. This role requires 3+ years of senior-level experience in iGaming, gambling, or betting, with leadership responsibility. Fluent English (C1+) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Leading the process of obtaining new gambling licenses
Supporting the company’s operations under existing gambling licenses
Ensuring compliance with global gambling licensing requirements
Developing, reviewing, and updating gambling policies and procedures in line with regulatory changes and industry best practices

Requirements

Higher legal education
3+ years of senior-level experience in iGaming / gambling / betting
Fluent English (C1+)
Proven end-to-end experience in obtaining gambling licenses, both international and local
In-depth knowledge of licensing regimes in Curaçao, Anjouan, and Tobique
Hands-on experience managing both B2B and B2C gambling licenses, including renewals, amendments, migrations, and regulatory reporting
Established professional relationships with regulators, licensing authorities, and key industry providers (licensing, compliance, payments)
Ability to define and execute a global licensing roadmap, aligned with business strategy, product development, and market expansion

Nice to Have

Experience in B2B software licensing, including licensing of gaming and IT platforms, software certification, interaction with regulators and providers, and post-licensing compliance

Soft Skills

Excellent leadership and stakeholder-management skills
Experience coordinating legal, product, compliance, payments, and executive teams
Stress resilience
Strong negotiation skills
