CodeTwo is a company that offers commercial applications used by over 140,000 businesses in 170+ countries worldwide. We are looking for a Licensing & Billing Specialist fluent in German to join our Customer Success team in Jelenia Góra, Poland.
Location
- Jelenia Góra, Poland
- Wrocław, Poland
Responsibilities
- Maintain client relationships in German and Polish via phone and email, working in a 2-shift system.
- Resolve issues related to the purchase and renewal of subscriptions for CodeTwo products.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support via email and phone to our clients and partners.
- Solve technical problems related to customer panel access or other subscription management issues, with support from more experienced colleagues.
Requirements
- Positive energy, diligence, accuracy (meticulousness is welcome), and commitment.
- Ability to solve problems independently and with a rational approach to life and work.
- Skills in organizing your own work effectively and thinking on your feet.
- Good interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in computer operation, Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and general IT knowledge such as email and the internet.
- Communicative knowledge of English.
- Very good knowledge of German in speech and writing.
- Excellent knowledge of Polish in speech and writing.
