About the Position

We are seeking a Team Leader for production teams with 4+ years of IT project experience to join our leading financial institution in digital banking transformation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of the production team implementing solutions on the Ferryt 2.0 platform.
• Plan and supervise the execution of tasks within sprints and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Support the team in analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes on the Ferryt 2.0 platform.
• Ensure the technical quality of delivered solutions and compliance with architectural and production standards.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, testers, and business stakeholders.
• Identify and address project, technical, and organizational risks.
• Assist the team in solving complex technical and functional problems.
• Participate in technical reviews, refinements, sprint planning, and demos.
• Mentor less experienced team members.
• Co-create best practices and standards for developing solutions based on Ferryt 2.0.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT projects, including experience in a technical leader, team lead, or senior developer role.
• Practical experience in implementing projects on the Ferryt 2.0 platform or other BPM/workflow/low-code platforms.
• Experience in coordinating the work of production teams.
• Very good knowledge of software production processes in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of integration issues (REST, SOAP, API).
• Good knowledge of SQL and data modeling issues.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience working in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to make technical and organizational decisions.
• Very good communication and coordination skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the banking or financial sector.
• Knowledge of credit, onboarding, AML/KYC, or claims processes.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence.
• Mentoring experience.
• Knowledge of BPMN/UML.
