About the Position
Bring your ideas to life at Boeing as a Line Maintenance Manager for Helicopters (m/f/d) in Holzdorf, Saxony-Anhalt. In this role, you will lead a team of maintenance technicians and oversee all maintenance activities in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and CAMO (CAMOBw) requirements for the CH-47F (GE) weapon system. You will ensure compliance with all relevant DEMAR 145 regulations set by the German Military Aviation Authority (LufABw), occupational health and safety regulations, and human factors principles.
Responsibilities
- Regulatory Responsibility: Serve as the official Form 4 holder toward the German Military Aviation Authority (LufABw).
- Site Operations Management: Lead, coordinate, and manage all line maintenance operations at the site and, if required, at outside facilities.
- Compliance & Auditing: Ensure seamless compliance with all DEMAR 145 and other relevant military and civil aviation regulations, maintenance organization exposition (MOE), and applicable health, safety, and environmental protection regulations.
- Resource & Shift Planning: Efficiently manage the deployment of personnel, tools, and materials to ensure smooth operations.
- Aircraft Availability: Ensure the punctual, safe, and compliant Release to Service of aircraft for daily flight operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the Accountable Manager of the Part 145 organization, CAMO, internal quality and safety management, and the operator LTG 64.
- Safety Culture: Promote and monitor the operational Safety Management System (SMS) and compliance with Human Factors principles.
Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in a leadership role or completion of Boeing's internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
- Expert knowledge of EASA / EMAR regulations and other relevant military aviation regulations.
- Willingness to undergo a security clearance check (at least Ü2 level according to the German Security Clearance Act / SÜG).
- Strong leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and high safety awareness.
- Proficiency in English.
- Right to live and work in Germany.

Preferred Qualifications:
- EU Level 2 Secret Clearance.
- DEMAR Part-66 B1.3 or B2 license.
- Degree in engineering or at least a Master Craftsman (Meister) qualification.
- At least 3 years of leadership responsibility within an EASA / EMAR / DEMAR 145 or equivalent organization.
- Eligibility for approval as "Form 4" personnel by the German Military Aviation Authority (LufABw).
