About the Position

Live Dealer - Swing Shift (3PM-11PM)

PT Services (Delaware) LLC, part of Playtech - the world's largest online gaming software supplier, is looking for a Live Dealer to join our international team in Pennsylvania. Our studios feature state-of-the-art cameras, broadcasting in premium HD quality, offering the fastest streaming and highest up-time in the market.

Responsibilities

• Present games in a live streaming environment, adhering to multi-state Gaming Commission Regulations, PT Services Delaware regulations, and live unit policies and procedures.
• Learn and execute the rules of video stream games.
• Conduct live games on a given table schedule in accordance with applied rules and procedures with computer prompt instructions.
• Monitor and follow the given table schedule, following the instructions of the Pit-bosses and Trainers.
• Follow and supervise updates and amendments in game leading procedures.
• Adhere to gaming studios' rules and any other rules introduced by management.
• Communicate professionally and provide answers to players promptly for any game general questions according to chat policy.
• Report any risks, mistakes, problems, and/or unusual activities to the Pit boss immediately.
• Attend educational events, briefings, and sessions required for professional skills improvement and learning new procedures.
• Participate in company promotions through marketing via photo and video shoots as required by management.
• Maintain a professional demeanor towards players.
• Keep professional and clear communication with management and peers.
• Keep confidential information within the company’s authorized individuals.
• Perform any additional duties as instructed by management.

Requirements

• Education & Experience/Qualifications Required
  • High School Diploma / GED.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience.
  • Basic computer skills - MS Office, electronic mail, etc.
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers in a live streaming environment.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, including manner of speech, appearance, and posture in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to deal with potential guest conflicts professionally, maintaining Playtech’s guest service standards.
  • Ability to deal, sort, shuffle, and count cards in addition to operating other gaming equipment involving highly repetitive movement of hand and arm.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Punctuality and attention to detail.
  • Be able to wear assigned uniforms.
  • Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License and West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: up to $22 per hour ($9 including base rate + $8.50 guaranteed tips + up to $4.50 performance monthly bonus). Customer tips are unlimited!
• Vacation Days: 5 days
• Sick Time: 5 days
• Holidays Pay: 10 days

Physical Functions

• Prolonged sitting at counter highchair, and tables.
• Prolonged standing for up to 2 hours at a time.
• Ability to maintain physical stamina for extended periods.
• Repeated use of both hands and arms.
• Full mobility of upper extremities.
• Ability to see and read a screen chat from 3 feet away.
• Ability to engage and communicate with customers while on a live table.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
• Ability to be on live cameras constantly with high beam lighting without protective eyewear.
