About the Position

Live Game Presenter (Southfield, MI | $17/hr + Performance Bonus)

Playtech, the world's largest online gaming software supplier, is seeking a Live Game Presenter to join our team in Southfield, MI. As a Live Game Presenter, you will be responsible for hosting and presenting games in a live streaming environment, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Present games in a live streaming environment, adhering to multi-state Gaming Commission Regulations, PT Services Michigan regulations, and live unit policies and procedures.
• Learn and fully understand the rules of video stream games.
• Conduct live games on a given table schedule in accordance with applied rules and procedures.
• Follow and supervise updates and amendments in game leading procedures.
• Adhere to the gaming studios' rules and any other rules introduced by management.
• Adhere to the company’s dress code and appearance standards.
• Communicate professionally and provide answers to players promptly for any game general questions.
• Report any risks, mistakes, problems, and/or unusual activities to the pitboss.
• Attend educational events, briefings, and sessions for professional skills improvement.
• Participate in company promotions through marketing via photo and video shoots as required.
• Maintain professional and clear communication with players, management, and colleagues.
• Perform any additional duties as instructed by management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED
• 21 years of age or older
• At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office, email, video chat applications, etc.
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, including manner of speech, appearance, and posture.
• Ability to deal, sort, shuffle, and count cards and operate gaming equipment.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain punctuality and attention to detail.
• Must be able to obtain a Michigan Gaming License.

We Offer

• Compensation: Up to $17.00/hr ($12/hr base pay + $5/hr guaranteed tip) + any pooled tips over guaranteed amount + up to $5/hr performance bonus. Customer tips are unlimited.
