About the Position
LMS Technical Consultant / Integration Specialist
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Chennai / India
Work model: Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Participate in LMS implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
- Lead or support data migration activities including user, course, curriculum, learning history, and certification data migration.
- Perform content migration from legacy LMS platforms ensuring SCORM/AICC/xAPI compatibility.
- Develop and support middleware and system integrations between LMS and enterprise applications such as HRMS, SSO, ERP, and reporting systems.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to LMS integrations and migrations.
- Collaborate with functional, business, and vendor teams during implementation and rollout activities.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization activities.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in LMS Implementations (SuccessFactors Learning, Cornerstone, Saba, Moodle, Workday Learning, or similar).
- Strong experience in Data Migration and Content Migration projects.
- Experience in developing and supporting Middleware/Integration Solutions using APIs, Web Services, ETL tools, or Integration Platforms.
- Knowledge of LMS data structures, learning content standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI), and integration architecture.
- Experience with SQL and database management.
Nice to Have
- Java development experience.
- Python scripting and automation experience.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Knowledge of Git, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
