Warmly greet guests upon arrival and provide a luxurious first impression.
Escort guests to their desired locations within the hotel, such as restaurants, lounges, or meeting rooms.
Offer assistance with inquiries regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Assist with special events or VIP arrivals by ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Maintain the cleanliness and ambiance of the lobby, ensuring it remains welcoming and aesthetically pleasing.
Monitor guest traffic and coordinate with concierge, front desk, and security to ensure smooth operations.
Work closely with the front desk, concierge, and guest relations teams to enhance service efficiency.
Assist in handling guest complaints or special requests by promptly directing them to the appropriate department.
Uphold the hotel’s luxury standards by offering personalized service to each guest.

Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or high-end hospitality setting.
Exceptional communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong interpersonal skills to warmly interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
Professional appearance and grooming, adhering to luxury hospitality standards.
Customer service orientation, with the ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
Multitasking abilities, handling guest inquiries while managing lobby flow.
Basic computer skills, familiarity with hotel reservation systems is an advantage.
Ability to stand for long periods and maintain high energy levels.
Flexibility with work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A warm, welcoming personality with a passion for hospitality.
