Job description

About the Position

Local Search Coordinator

Chicago, Illinois, United States

At Qualtrics, we create software the world’s best brands use to deliver exceptional frontline experiences, build high-performing teams, and design products people love. But we are more than a platform-we are the creators and stewards of the Experience Management category serving over 18K clients globally. Building a category takes grit, determination, and a disdain for convention-but most of all it requires close-knit, high-functioning teams with an unwavering dedication to serving our customers.

When you join one of our teams, you’ll be part of a nimble group that’s empowered to set aggressive goals and move fast to achieve them. Strategic risks are encouraged and complex problems are solved together, by passing the microphone and iterating until the best solution comes to light. You won’t have to look to find growth opportunities-ready or not, they’ll find you. From retail to government to healthcare, we’re on a mission to bring humanity, connection, and empathy back to business. Join over 6,000 people across the globe who think that’s work worth doing.

Responsibilities

As a Local Search Coordinator, you will play a key role in how we deliver local search management services-from initial client onboarding and data implementation to ongoing maintenance across the web. You will work closely with Account Managers to ensure the accuracy and integrity of client location data across major search engines and discovery platforms. This role requires a high degree of attention to detail, strong process orientation, and a persistent, creative problem-solving mindset to tackle intricate data management challenges. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy transforming complex datasets into visible brand success, this role is a great fit.

  • Optimize Local Visibility: Apply local SEO tactics to boost search rankings and overall brand visibility for client locations.
  • Onboard & Configure Clients: Set up new client data within our platform and manage end-to-end data submission workflows.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Proactively detect, research, and resolve data inconsistencies to preserve data integrity across search engines (Google, Bing, Facebook, Yelp).
  • Support Account Management: Partner with Account Managers to execute local initiatives and resolve client support inquiries efficiently.
  • Manage Multi-Account Projects: Maintain schedules and deliverables across assigned customer accounts in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service, data entry, or time management experience.
  • Demonstrated computer savvy with proficiency in MS Excel (advanced Excel skills preferred).
  • Strong track record of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Experience or strong interest in Local Search / Local SEO is a major plus.

We Offer

  • Comprehensive Health Coverage: Top-tier medical, dental, and vision health plans.
  • Skill & Career Development: Opportunities to learn specialized digital marketing tools and scale your career in SEO operations.
  • Paid Time Off & Holidays: Generous paid time off, sick leave, and company holidays.
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan: Matching company contributions to support your long-term financial health.
